Have you tried Sarawak Ethnic Cuisine called by Umai? It is one of the famous traditional dish of Sarawak originated from Melanau ethnic which the main ingredient either fish, prawn or jellyfish. This dish using raw ingredient soaked by lime juice in order to be cooked. D’Tebingan use the freshest seafood and serve Umai; Fish Umai, Prawn Umai and Jellyfish Umai(ceviche).Apart from the seafood menu, D’Tebingan also offer the a la carte menu. 

In fact, Telaga Air is known as fishing village which the seafood definitely fresh off from the boat. It takes around 30 minutes from Kuching City. This place simple but what they offer is totally worth it for those who drive all the way from Kuching City, as well as you can view an incredible scene from Waterfront Telaga Air.
